Return Policy
At IssaVibe Swim, we want you to love your swimwear purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Please review our guidelines below to ensure a smooth return process:

Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, the swimwear must meet the following conditions:

• Be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
• All original tags, packaging, and BOTTOM STICKER must be intact.
• The sticker on the bikini must remain unguled.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, bikini bottoms that have been worn or if the sticker is unglued, are not eligible for return.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@issavibeswim.com. Once your return is received, it will be carefully inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. Please note that just because the item is returned to us, we cannot guarantee a refund until it has been inspected and approved.

Refunds:
Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
